While these situations are uncommon, they may impact final delivery time.

Based on our historical data, 85% of orders are delivered within 15 business days after dispatch.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email within 5 business days after purchase.

  • Tracking updates allow you to follow the entire journey of your package from dispatch to final delivery.

If you do not see tracking updates immediately, please note that international carriers may take a few days to register movement.

Delivery Attempts & Local Carrier Policies

Deliveries are carried out by the local postal service or regional carriers in the destination country.
If the carrier is unable to deliver due to:

They may leave a notice or redirect the package to the nearest pickup location.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
