Return & Exchange Policy

At Curvefit, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The item must show no signs of wear, use, or washing.

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

Curvefit reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Important Notice

Returns based on change of mind regarding color, size, style, or similar preferences may not be accepted.
Eligible returns are evaluated according to U.S. e-commerce best practices and Curvefit’s internal quality standards.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, contact us at:

  • Product name

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • A video showing the defect (if applicable)

After reviewing your request, our team will send you the return instructions and shipping address. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process:

  • The refund of the product value

  • Applicable shipping costs (when the return is approved due to defect or error)
